The annual general meeting of ALK-Abelló A/S will take place on Thursday, April
24, 2008 at 4.00 p.m. at Den Sorte Diamant, Søren Kierkegaards Plads 1 in
Copenhagen. The agenda of the meeting and the complete proposals from the Board
of Directors to the AGM are attached.
The shareholders will be notified of the AGM in the Danish newspaper Berlingske
Tidende on Thursday, April 3, 2008.
