Regarding Postponement of Profit Appropriation of Lietuvos Energija AB

Lietuvos Energija hereby informs that the Government session agenda of April
15, 2008  includes a hearing on draft resolution, establishing that the
Ministry of Economy, by state ownership right of shares of Lietuvos Energija
AB, is assigned to delegate its representative in a general shareholders
meeting to propose a postponement of hearing on profit appropriation draft and
vote for it.
