Bakkavör Group publishes Q1 results 2008 on Monday 28 April - PLEASE NOTE A CHANGE TO PREVIOUSLY REPORTED DATE

Bakkavör Group will publish its first quarter results 2008 on Monday 28 April
after the closing of markets. Please note that the date has changed from a
previously reported financial calendar. 

Presentation Tuesday 29 April 

A presentation for shareholders, analysts and market participants will be held
on Tuesday 29 April, at 8:30 local time (9:30 GMT London) at Ármúli 3, 108
Reykjavík. At the meeting, Ágúst Gudmundsson, CEO of Bakkavör Group will
present the results and answer questions.
