Information on the approval of the draft Agreement with NDX Energija UAB by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania (GoL)

Lietuvos energija AB informs that according to the Official Gazette (Issue No
45) dated 19 April 2008, the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 15
April 2008 passed the Decree No 331 thereby approving the draft Agreement  as
well as the draft Annexes thereto on the establishment of the national investor
between the GoL, acting on behalf of the Republic of Lithuania, and NDX
Energija UAB.
