Court Denies Hologic Request for Preliminary Injunction Against Sales of Contura


ALISO VIEJO, Calif., April 29, 2008 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- SenoRx, Inc. (Nasdaq:SENO) today announced that a request for a preliminary injunction, filed by Hologic and its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Cytyc Corporation and Cytyc LP in their pending patent infringement suit against SenoRx, Inc., was denied by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. The Court ordered the parties to schedule a trial within 60-90 days.
