75% of the shares of Saku Õlletehase AS went to the

As of today, April 29, 2008, 75% of the shares of Saku Õlletehase AS are in the
ownership of Carlsberg Baltic (the hitherto Baltic Beverages Holding AB).
Carslberg Baltic belongs to Carlsberg Group. The previous owners of BBH AB were
Scottish & Newcastle and Carlsberg Group both owning 50% of the shares. 25% of
the shares of Saku Õlletehase AS are freely tradable on Tallinn Stock Exchange
in a secondary list.
