(NYSE:ILA) today reelected three directors to its board and ratified the appointment of KPMG LLP as the company's independent registered public accountant. The company's annual meeting was held in Blue Springs, MO, a community in Aquila's service territory.
Directors reelected were:

to Aquila's board in 1992.
* Patrick J. Lynch, retired senior vice president and CFO of Texaco,

* Nicholas J. Singer, Co-Managing Member of Standard General
Management LLC, who was first elected to Aquila's board in 2005.
