On May 15, 2008 , UBS AG, Zurich, Switzerland has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on MAN
AG, Munich, Germany, ISIN: DE0005937007, WKN: 593700, have fallen below the
3% limit of the Voting Rights on May 08, 2008  and now amount to 2.44%
(this corresponds to 3443324 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.35% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 495708 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
