Jaye Speaks Joins Locus Technologies as Vice President and Director, Software Engineering

Mr. Speaks is a seasoned nine-year veteran of Yahoo! as well as an accomplished participant in other successful startup companies. At Yahoo! he achieved success in numerous roles including architect and manager of software distribution solutions for Yahoo! Broadband partnerships.
