digiMedical Solutions, Inc. Continues Sales Expansion; Signs Contract to Implement Microsoft-Based Digital Prescription Software and Call Center Services for Dr. Wendy Humphrey

COLLEYVILLE, TX--(Marketwire - June 5, 2008) - digiMedical Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS : DGMS ) announced today that the Company has signed a contract with Dr. Wendy
Humphrey of Southwest Florida Women's Group, P.A. in Naples, Florida to
implement the Company's Microsoft-based digital prescription handling
software, digiRX and digiReauth, and to supply call center services to
support the reauthorization of prescriptions. Southwest Women's Group is a
three-physician practice providing obstetrical and gynecological services.
Dr. Humphrey graduated from Medical College of Ohio and completed her
residency at Alutman Hospital in Canton, Ohio. Dr. Humphrey is a published
author of numerous medical articles and continues to teach medical students
after being appointed a full professorship of Obstetrics and Gynecology at
Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine before relocating to
Naples in 1997.
Earlier this year the Company announced increased sales efforts in their
current Florida markets. The Company's sales expansion efforts have been
realized through signing contracts with additional doctors. Each new doctor
contract can add hundreds of patients to the digiRX network, who in turn
drive prescription sales into company owned pharmacies and increase company
revenue. digiMedical is actively expanding their regional footprint in the
Naples area in support of the 2008 revenue goal of $10 million.
Since launching the Company's sales expansion efforts, they have signed
contracts with Drs. Angela Marshall and Betsy Brothers of Southwest Florida
Women's Group, P.A., Dr. Moorthy of Pain Management Center of Naples, Dr.
Shardul Nanavati, founder of Advanced Gastroenterology, Drs. Romero, Tineo
and Seibert of Oaktree Family Practice, Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Howard Kapp
of Anchor Health Centers, Drs. Santos-Ocampo, Axline and Spilker of the
Collier Heart Group, the Medical Director of Vanish Vein and Laser Center
and Dr. Wey of the Neuroscience and Spine Associates in Naples, Florida,
among others.
