digiMedical Solutions, Inc. Signs Contract to Implement .Net-Based Digital Prescription Software and Call Center Services for Dr. Geoffrey Colino

COLLEYVILLE, TX--(Marketwire - July 2, 2008) - digiMedical Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: DGMS) announced today that the Company has signed a contract with Dr. Geoffrey Colino in Bonita Springs, Florida to implement the Company's .Net-based digital prescription handling software, digiRX and digiReauth, and to supply call center services to support the reauthorization of prescriptions. Dr. Colino received his license at the University of California and completed his residency at Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital. Dr. Colino, who currently has more than 700 patients, has been practicing for over five years.

Dr. Colino stated, "Simply put, digiMedical's proprietary technology give us more control over our patients' prescriptions, greatly reducing fulfillment errors and the risk associated with prescription fraud. Additionally, our patients will be able to speak with a live person to refill their prescriptions instead of having to wait for someone from our office to call them back or using an automated system, which can be frustrating.
