Capital reduction in William Demant Holding A/S
As stated in company announcement no 2008-06, William Demant Holding A/S's
ordi¬nary general meeting on 31 March 2008 decided to reduce the Company's
share capital by nominally DKK 2,030,270 of the Company's holding of own
shares.
The reduction was published in the electronic information system of the Danish
Commerce and Companies Agency on 4 April 2008.
The advertisement period expired without any objections being raised.
Thus, the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency is notified of the capital
reduction today.
After the capital reduction, the share capital of William Demant Holding A/S
amounts to DKK 58,956,257.
