Re.: Major shareholder sells shares

The company has received notice that Aladdin Investment Services Limited has    
sold shares in Europeinvestment A/S in liquidation representing more than 5% of 
the total shares issued. The shares were sold on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange  
at various dates. The 5% threshold was passed on May 21st 2008.                 

Prior to the aforementioned transactions, Aladdin Investment Services Limited   
held 12,090,000 shares in the company representing 32.7% of the equity. They now
hold 9,912,000 shares representing 26.8% of the equity.
