NewMarket Latin America, Inc. to Present 2009 Forecast for Hyperion Sales and Integration in Brazil at Oracle Strategic ERP Advisory Board Meeting

DALLAS, TEXAS--(Marketwire - August 4, 2008) - NewMarket Latin America, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: NLAI) today announced UniOne Consulting will participate in the upcoming Oracle "ERP Partners Advisory Board Brazil" meeting this August. Oracle holds an advisory board meeting in Brazil twice a year to review strategic objectives and plan for the next fiscal year.

UniOne is one of the top Oracle partners in Latin America and recently participated in Oracle's "FY09 Global Kick Off" in Las Vegas. UniOne, based in Sao Paulo, Brazil, also has an office in Santiago, Chile, and focuses on providing Business Intelligence (BI), as well as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Business Performance Management (BPM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Services Oriented Architecture (SOA) consulting services throughout Latin America.

NewMarket Latin America, Inc. is in the process of being reconstituted, with systems integration operations to include UniOne, as well as operations in Venezuela, to be combined into the Company. NewMarket Latin America was formerly a financial service company with another name. As part of a comprehensive purchase agreement, the Company's corporate name has been changed to NewMarket Latin America, Inc. and the former company's delinquent filings are being updated and filed to bring the organization current with Security and Exchange Commission requirements. The public reporting compliance update has taken longer than anticipated, but is expected to be complete this year. The systems integration operations currently doing business as NewMarket Latin America are also planned to be formally consolidated into the reconstituted company this year. Once the compliance update and consolidation are complete, the Company will take the necessary steps to upgrade its listing to the Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTCBB) Exchange.
