Rights on August 11, 2008, and now amount to 5.09 % (this corresponds to
2,952,106 Voting Rights). These Voting Rights in Praktiker Bau- und
Heimwerkermärkte Holding AG were attributable to IGM Financial Inc.

according to sec. 21 para. 1 sent. 1 WpHG that its Voting Rights in

DE000A0F6MD5, WKN: A0F6MD, have exceeded the 5 % limit of the  Voting
Rights on August 11, 2008, and now amount to 5.09 % (this corresponds to
