Peab Industri's acquisition of UMF Entreprenad approved by the Swedish
Competition Authority

The Swedish Competition Authority has approved Peab Industri's acquisition of
all the shares in UMF Entreprenad with business within transportation and
machinery contractors´ services for the construction and civil engineering
market in the west of Sweden. UMF Entreprenad will be consolidated in Business
Area Services as from the third quarter 2008.
