The company has decided that
• the annual report for 2008 will be presented on 12 March 2009 and
• the annual general meeting will be held on 17 April 2009 at 11:00 at Solar
Danmark A/S's premises in Vejen, Denmark.
At the same time, it was decided to present quarterly reports as follows:
• Quarterly report Q1 2009 will be presented on 20 May 2009
• Quarterly report Q2 2009 will be presented on 21 August 2009
• Quarterly report Q3 2009 will be presented on 18 November 2009
