Epolin, Inc. Mourns Loss of Board Member Morris Dunkel


NEWARK, NJ--(Marketwire - August 27, 2008) - EPOLIN, INC. (OTCBB: EPLN) (www.epolin.com) today announced that Dr. Morris Dunkel, a member of the Board of Directors, died on August 22, 2008. Dr. Dunkel served as a director of the corporation since 1984.

Epolin, Inc. is a specialized chemical company primarily engaged in the manufacturing, marketing, research and development of infrared dyes, laser absorbing dyes and infrared dye formulations.
