In relation with the completion of the merger between PSI Group ASA
and CashGuard AB (publ) has PSI Group ASA in accordance with the
procedures for rounding off, as stated in the Merger Plan, increased
its holding of own shares with 62 shares.

New holding after the transaction is 39 329 shares.
