John Lunny Named CEO of Vestmark

WAKEFIELD, MA--(Marketwire - September 18, 2008) - Vestmark, Inc. announced today that their COO John Lunny has been promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Lunny succeeds the current CEO Dave Blundin who will continue serving as chairman of the board.

Prior to joining Vestmark in 2002, Lunny was senior director of engineering at Vignette Corporation (VIGN), where he was responsible for Vignette's analysis, personalization, and wireless products. Lunny joined Vignette through their acquisition of DataSage in 2000, where Lunny was a cofounder of DataSage with Blundin and served as the vice president of engineering, responsible for all product design and development. Lunny graduated from MIT with degrees in both electrical engineering and computer science.
