Release of a Voting Rights announcement

Notification of voting rights pursuant to § 26 para. 1 of the Securities
Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - 'WpHG')
BlackRock Investment Management, LLC, New Jersey, USA, gave notice pursuant
to §§ 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on Sept. 12th, 2008 the percentage of
holding of the voting rights in Petrotec AG fell below the threshold of 3 %
and on that day was 1.66 % (174,736 voting shares). The voting rights are
attributable to BlackRock Investment Management, LLC, pursuant to § 22
para. 1 Sentence 1 No 6 of the WpHG. In addition the afore mentioned entity
gave notice that each of the following holding entities of BlackRock
Investment Management, LLC
(i) Trident Merger, LLC, Wilmington, Delaware, USA,
(ii) BlackRock Holdco 1, LLC, New York, USA, and
(iii) BlackRock Inc., New York, USA,
on Sept. 12th, 2008, have also fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights of Petrotec AG and on that day hold 1.66 % (174,736 voting shares)
of the voting rights. All of the voting rights are each attributable to
them pursuant to Section 22 para. 1 Sentence 1 No 6 (only BlackRock
Investment Management, LLC) and No 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG
respectively.
