Option release: Anticipated adjustment of HEXTech Index due to an extra distribution in F-Secure Oyj (51/08)

The board of F-Secure Oyj (F-Secure) has proposed that the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on October 28, 2008 approves an extra distribution of EUR 0.23. Provided that the EGM approves the proposal, F-Secure (FI0009801310) will be adjusted in HEXTech index. Adjustment will be performed effective from start on the Ex-day, October 29, by subtraction of EUR 0.23 from the closing price on the bank day before the Ex-day. The adjustment is made according to rule 8 in the “Index description of HEXTech Stock Index”.
