1 of the WpHG [the German Securities Trading Act] on November 14th, 2008:

The voting rights of AXA S.A., Paris, France, via shares in Südzucker AG
exceeded the 5 % voting rights threshold on November 12th, 2008 and
amounted to 5.18 % (this corresponds to 9,799,893 voting rights). These
voting rights are to be attributed according to Article 22, Section 1,  
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with Sentence 2 WpHG.
