Release of a Post-admission Duties announcement

Disclosure in accordance with Art. 4 (4) of Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003

In the period from November 17 to November 21, 2008, a total of 651,612
shares were acquired by HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft under the terms of
HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft's stock buyback program. As announced in the
disclosure published on October 21, 2008 in accordance with Art. 4 (2) of
Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003, the start of the buyback period was October
22, 2008. As a result, the total number of shares acquired by HOCHTIEF
Aktiengesellschaft since October 22, 2008 under the terms of the stock
buyback program amounts to 2,362,065.

In addition, HOCHTIEF Pension Trust e. V. acquired a total of 321,000
shares of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft under the terms of the stock buyback
program in the period from November 17 to November 21, 2008. The start of
the buyback period was announced in the aforementioned disclosure published
on October 21, 2008. As a result, the total number of shares acquired by
HOCHTIEF Pension Trust e. V. since October 22, 2008 under the terms of the
stock buyback program amounts to 1,785,000.

The shares of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft were acquired exclusively in
electronic trading on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Xetra) by a bank
commissioned to acquire the shares by one of the aforementioned buyers.

Information on the transactions in accordance with Art. 4 (3) and (4) of
Regulation (EC) No. 2273/2003 has been published in the 'Investor
Relations' section of the website of HOCHTIEF Aktiengesellschaft
(www.hochtief.de/www.hochtief.com).
