has today 8 December 2008 subscribed for 50,000,000,000 new shares in Exista.
Before the transaction Bakkabraedur Holding B.V., a company wholly owned by
Lýdur Gudmundsson and Ágúst Gudmundsson, held 6,407,905,675 shares in Exista.
After the transaction companies financially related to Lýdur Gudmundsson and
Ágúst Gudmundsson hold a total of 56,407,905,675 shares in Exista or 87.9% of
total share capital.
