EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND AUDIT COMMITTEE APPOINTED AT CARDO

The board of directors of Cardo AB (publ) has appointed Ulf Liljedahl as
Executive Vice President of Cardo and has established an audit committee within
the board.

At a board meeting of Cardo AB (publ) on December 9 2008, the board resolved to
appoint CFO Ulf Liljedahl as Executive Vice President of Cardo. At the board
meeting, a resolution was also passed to establish an audit committee consisting
of Ulf Lundahl (chairman), Lennart Nilsson and Anders Rydin.
