(Pink Sheets:MTPR) is pleased to announce that the Company is developing a new internet-based Designer for its UCoDA business process management software. The new program is being developed through a joint initiative with one of the Company's clients and will be compatible with both UCoDA versions 3.2 and 4.0.
MetaPower's new Designer is a tool to develop a client's business processes within UCoDA, enabling UCoDA to implement processes tailored to each client. Currently UCoDA requires the use of desktop design tools. The new Designer functions over the Internet making UCoDA a fully deployable system over the internet. This design positions the Company and UCoDA to be a fully compliant SaaS Technology (Software as a Service) provider.
UCoDA is a fully-functional, Web-based engine that delivers applications for heavy process industries. It operates using internet protocols and can be accessed by any client over the internet. UCoDA has the capability to implement, track and improve virtually any business process such as improving operating performance through failure event analysis, formal performance assessments and routine observations. It can also be used for design management, including design changes and actions, meetings, discussions and evaluations, and it can assist with time keeping, work orders and actions. Now it will be able to not only deliver this software over the internet, it will also be able to design these process solutions over the internet.
