Small Businesses Can Win Free Mystery Shopping Program
| Quelle: Corporate Research International
FINDLAY, OH--(Marketwire - January 22, 2009) - Corporate Research International (CRI), a
leader in mystery shopping and customer response surveys, has issued a call
for entries for its first-ever
Tell Us Your Customer Service Stories contest. CRI is sponsoring the
contest to celebrate the launch of Eye On Your
Business (patent pending), the first of its kind, customizable, self-managed mystery
shopping product to help small businesses evaluate their organization
from the customer's point of view.
"We always hear about the great service certain large chains provide. We
want to create an opportunity to recognize the unique and memorable ways
small businesses serve their customers," said Mike Mallett, president of
Corporate Research International.
Winners will receive a free Eye On Your Business program set-up and $150
worth of mystery shops. Small businesses can submit their best customer
service stories at www.eyeonyourbusiness.com. CRI will draw one winner from
the pool of entries.
The contest is open to small businesses with 1-300 employees and located
within the United States. The contest begins on Thursday, January 22, 2009
and ends on Monday, February 16, 2009 at 11:59 PM, EST. A random drawing
from all completed, approved entries will be made on February 20, 2009. The
winner will be notified by March 2, 2009.
