growth through the fourth quarter of 2008, adding 58 new customers
worldwide. Q4 capped the fifth year of revenue growth for the
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company. As companies evolve to meet rapidly

Daptiv continued to enhance its leadership position in the SaaS industry
and in the market for collaborative project portfolio management

In the fourth quarter, Daptiv attracted several new major customers,
including La Poste of France, The Houston Chronicle, Saint Louis
University, Harvard University and Capgemini. Additionally, Daptiv released
the Winter '09 edition of Daptiv PPM, which supports Daptiv's
expanding international and multi-national customer base with a globalized
and localized user interface, support for multiple languages, browsers and
platforms, in addition to improvements of core features. Daptiv also
attended the
2008 Project & Portfolio Summit Europe along with customer
Interoute, Europe's leading telecommunications and network provider,
which presented a case study on its selection and implementation of Daptiv
for effective and time-saving collaboration across time zones. Currently,
more than 20 percent of Daptiv customers are headquartered outside of the
U.S.
Daptiv also established a framework for measuring ROI of Daptiv customers.
The company commissioned a Total Economic Impact study from Forrester Research that
