Management change


In continuation of the presentation of the financial statements of Forstædernes
Bank, the Board of Directors have decided on the following management changes. 

Kjeld Mosebo Christensen, CEO (62), will retire by end-June this year. The
retirement coincides with the time when the integration of Forstædernes Bank
into the Nykredit Group is nearly completed. 

Gunnar Kobberup, Managing Director, retires by the end of this month. He has
been responsible for the Credits area and the Bank's 20 advisory centres. The
Credits area will in future be managed as part of the Nykredit Group. 

The Executive Board of Forstædernes Bank subsequently consists of Niels Fessel
and Bjørn Damgaard Mortensen, both Managing Directors. 

Finally, Vagn Holm, Senior Vice President of Nykredit Bank, is appointed
Executive Vice President of Forstædernes Bank in which he will be responsible
for the Bank's 20 advisory centres.
