Attached is a new version of Marel Food Systems hf. Financial Statements for
the year 2008 

The changes are the following:
1. Page 5 - Earnings pr share have been changed into EUR cent instead of EUR in
the column for the year 2008. 
2. Page 27 - Note 9 - Earnings pr share have been changed into EUR cent instead
of EUR in the column for the year 2008. 
3. Page 38 - Note 30 - More detailed information on management salaries and
benefits for the year 2008 and shares at year end.
