'Rhodium Zone' identified at Amikoq

NunaMinerals exploration at the Amikoq layered intrusion, in collaboration with
the world's second-largest platinum producer Impala Platinum Holdings Ltd
(‘Implats'), has led to the discovery of a rhodium-enriched zone in the South
Margin of the intrusion.

Ole Christiansen, President and CEO of NunaMinerals, states “The discovery of
the ‘Rhodium Zone' is the most important finding in the Amikoq intrusion to
date. The economically important occurrences of platinum metals are deposits
that are especially enriched in platinum and rhodium. Most of the global
resources of platinum and rhodium are in South Africa and Zimbabwe. Deposits of
platinum group metals in the northern hemisphere are often palladium-rich. The
discovery of a rhodium-enriched zone in Greenland is good news indeed.”
