Changes in management board

County court register department made an entry on 4th March 2009 by which the
new member of the management board of AS VIA Concept is Andres Heliste.
According to a decision of AS VIA Concept supervisory board Alar Pink was
removed from companies' management board. 

As of February 2006 Andres Heliste is a member of management board of OÜ
Ordesall Group and Arquette Group. Area of activity for both companies is
property management services. On a period from 21st of June 2006 until 29 July
2008 Andes Heliste was a member of the management board OÜ Koprapere. 

Andres Heliste does not own shares of AS Luterma
