Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On April 01, 2009, Mr Jörg Schubert, Deutschland has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
KROMI Logistik AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFUJ5, WKN: A0KFUJ,
have fallen below the 50% limit of the Voting Rights on April 01, 2009 and
on that day amount to 37.68% (this corresponds to 1413006 Voting Rights).

Thereof according to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG,
37.60% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1410006 Voting Rights) are
to be attributed to Mr Schubert via the following companies which are
controlled by him and which held each 3% of or more on Voting Rights
directly or indirectly in KROMI Logistik AG:

- Schubert & Caro Beteiligungs GmbH  & Co KG, Hamburg 
- Tarpenring 11 Vermögensverwaltungs GmbH, Hamburg
- Caro & Schubert Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Hamburg 
- Schubert Vermögensverwaltung KG, Hamburg.
