Annual Report 2008 in English

The English version of the Annual Report for PSI Group ASA is now
available in pdf-format at the company's web site (www.psi.no) as
well as www.newsweb.no. The Annual Report in Norwegian was published
in an electronic format last week.

At the same time a hardcopy of the Annual Report is on its way to all
shareholders along with the notice of Annual General Meeting, 8 May
2009 at 0900 hrs, as previously communicated.
