Annual General Meeting - blank proxies issued to the Board of Directors of Netop
Solutions A/S                                                                   


Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, cf. section 4(8),  
cf. section 5(3), of the executive order on major shareholders, Netop Solutions 
A/S announces that the company's Board of Directors has received proxies from a 
number of shareholders to vote on their behalf at the Annual General Meeting to 
be held on 30 April 2009. At 27 April 2009, the Board of Directors had received 
blank proxies representing a total of 226,246 votes, corresponding to 5.3% of   
the share capital and the voting rights. After the Annual General Meeting the   
proxies become void.
