The council of Tallinna Kaubamaja AS approved on 24 April 2009 the annual
report and profit allocation proposal for the year 2008 of Tallinna Kaubamaja
AS. The council decided to present the annual report and profit allocation
proposal as prepared by the management for the approval of the general meeting
of shareholders.
The consolidated audited revenue of Tallinna Kaubamaja Group for the year of
2008 was 6.5 billion kroons (417.4 million euros). The revenue of the
comparable period last year was 5.9 billion kroons (376.6 million euros). The
revenue increased by 11 per cent.
The consolidated audited net profit of the Group for the year of 2008 was 83.1
million kroons (5.3 million euros). The profit of the comparable period last
year was 410.8 million kroons (26.3 million euros). The profit decreased 80 per
cent.
