NASDAQ OMX Riga Management Board resolved on its meeting of April 29, 2009 to resume the trading in JSC “Latvijas Zoovetapgāde” shares (ZOV1R) starting with April 29, 2009 trading session. Trading halt was implemented due to the publication in news agency Baltic Business Service web page where it was said that Riga city Zemgale suburb court has initiated insolvency procedure of AS „Latvijas Zoovetapgāde” on 27 April. Company has commented on third party publication via NASDAQ OMX Riga information disclosure system according to the NASDAQ OMX Riga listing rules.
