Nordic framework agreement for delivery of RVM systems to Coop in Norway, Sweden and Denmark

On behalf of PSI Systems in Norway, PSI Antonson in Sweden and
ScanVægt in Denmark, Repant ASA has entered into a framework
agreement with Coop Trading AS for delivery of reverse vending
solutions in the entire Nordic region. The agreement which runs for 3
years comprises Coop Norway, Coop Sweden and Coop Denmark. Repant
will deliver vending machines to all countries following final test
approval from Coop Sweden and Coop Denmark. As the leading technology
and service partner for grocery and specialist trade in Scandinavia,
PSI is responsible for sales, installation, service and maintenance
in Norway and Sweden.

The agreement is signed as part of Coop's ongoing renewal of the
chains' RVM systems and means that RVM solutions with the latest
technology can be installed in the chains' Nordic stores. This will
simplify recycling for the end users and make it more cost efficient
for the stores. In Norway the deliveries comprise Repant's newest
reverse vending machine, Repant COSMOS, whereas various vending
machines from Repant's portfolio are relevant for Coop in the Swedish
and Danish markets. Sales and deliveries will be executed according
to actual needs for replacements and new machines during the contract
period.
