Amendment of Bond Issue Terms

ABC Grupi AS hereby informs that according to information obtained from the
Arranger of ABC Grupi AS 18.06.2010 Bond Issue (ISIN EE3300091123) the
Investors of this Bond Issue have approved amendments to the Terms of Bond
Issue. Respectively new Terms of Bond Issue became valid as of 18 June 2009.
Amended Terms of Bond Issue are attached to this notice.
