Bosch Praises Rebate Program Promoting the Purchase of ENERGY STAR(R) Qualified Appliances

HUNTINGTON BEACH, CA--(Marketwire - July 15, 2009) - Bosch home appliances, the only U.S. manufacturer with entire product lines of ENERGY STAR® qualified dishwashers, washers and refrigeration, welcomed the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)'s announcement that nearly $300 million is available from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act for state-run rebate programs. The program offers rebates to consumers purchasing ENERGY STAR® qualified home appliances and underscores the government's commitment to encouraging Americans to make their homes more energy efficient.
