EE3300074806 hereby notifies that by the sole shareholder's 16 July 2009
decision the original member of the management board Tarmo Jüristo was removed
and Hans-Sten Pisang was elected as the new member of the management board of
LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfelli OÜ. 
 
In 2005 Hans-Sten Pisang joined LHV's (currently LHV Pank) research team. From
2007 to 2008 Hans-Sten Pisang worked with LHV Baltic equity research team, for
the last year and a half he has been employed as the project manager of
corporate finance. Hans-Sten Pisang also serves as a management board member of
OÜ F4 Capital.
