K.A. Minton was born in Brooklyn, New York and raised on the South Side of Jamaica Queens in the early 70's. He has a graduate certificate in screenwriting from UCLA. Writing is a great passion for K.A. Minton, he has tried his hand at varying forms from internet magazine articles to his first novel Moonlight Over Paris. He has spent fifteen years as a bouncer in New York City nightclubs and lounges and has been a bodyguard and chaperone for numerous people. By keeping an ear to the streets of New York, K.A.
