LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfelli OÜ announces, that annual report of 2008 has
been amended buy adding to management report the management board´s
declaration, where the management board confirms that the management report
gives a true and fair view of the Company´s business acitivities and results,
financial poistion, and includes a description of the principal risks and
uncertainities. Financial statements of LHV Ilmarise Kinnisvaraportfelli OÜ has
not been changed. Amended management report has been signed by Hans-Sten
Pisang, who is new management board member.
