Board member resigns from IBS AB

STOCKHOLM, 13 August, 2009 - International Business Systems (STO: IBS B) 

The board member George Ho has today resigned from the board of directors of IBS
AB. George is an employee at IBS's major shareholder Deccan Value Advisors, and
has decided to leave his position due to time constraints. George Ho leaves his
board position as of the 13th of August, 2009.
