Interim results for the first half-year of 2009

Pre-tax profit of  Kauno tiekimas AB of the first half-year of 2009 is LTL      
96.086 (EUR 27.828).                                                            
Compared to the interim result for the accounting period of 2008, pre-tax profit
deceased by 40.3 percent.
