We hereby announce that Jens-Ole Warrer Sørensen will take over the position as
Managing Director of Roblon A/S.
Jens-Ole Warrer Sørensen is 51 years old and comes from a position as Managing
Director of Reno-FF A/S.
Jens-Ole Warrer Sørensen is educated Bachelor of Science (Mechanical
Engineering) and has finished an E*MBA from SIMI, Copenhagen and various
courses etc. from Grundfos Management A/S, where he was employed du-ring the
period 1986-2005 with different fields of responsibility, starting in the
development department of Grundfos, where he a.o. was R&D Manager and later
Vice President for the product group management. Fur-thermore, Jens-Ole Warrer
Sørensen was the Managing Director of Grundfos' sales- and service company
Bellux in Belgium and Group Senior Vice President referring to the group
management.
Apart from the above, he was the Managing Director of PN Beslag A/S,
Brønderslev.
The appointment will take effect from October 2009.
