"The new features that have been added to course synchronizing will make a
huge difference for us," says Erin Ridley, User Support Analyst for the
North Orange County Community College District. "The district is comprised
of three campuses, each with their own database. New functionality in EMS
Campus 2.1 will save each campus numerous hours. Our users are very
excited about implementing the update and taking advantage of all the
enhancements."
Other functionality in the latest release includes significant catering
enhancements (such as the ability to define Production Areas), additional
facility utilization reporting and "business intelligence" tools, and new
mobile device capability.
The company reports that sales of EMS Campus continue to accelerate, most
noticeably in recent months. In bringing these customers online, a number
of new integrations with Datatel Colleague, SunGard Banner® and
Jenzabar® student information systems have been successfully completed.
