Commerce Secretary to Address USCIB Annual Dinner

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - September 16, 2009) - U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gary Locke will be the keynote speaker at the October 8 annual dinner of the United States Council for International Business (USCIB), which represents America's top global companies. The event will be held at the Waldorf-Astoria in New York.
