Director's dealing
Powerflute Oyj (the "Company") has received notification today that Dr. Dermot
Smurfit, the Company's Chairman, transferred 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the
Company to his adult daughter on Tuesday 22nd September 2009 for nil
consideration.
As a result of the transfer, Dr. Smurfit's beneficial interest in the ordinary
shares of the Company has changed from 27,286,863 (18.8%) to 25,286,863 ordinary
shares (17.5%).
At the date of this announcement, the Company has 144,818,174 shares in issue.
